Fig, Serrano Ham and Gorgonzola Salad

It is less than two weeks until Valentine’s Day and here is a delicious recipe that will show that special someone how much you love them:

Ingredient List:
4 ripe figs, quartered
100g Gorgonzola
6 slices Serrano ham, roughly sliced
2 handfuls rocket
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method:
1) Half the rocket between the two plates and arrange the figs, cheese and ham on top.

2) Whisk the oil, vinegar, honey and seasoning thoroughly then drizzle on top and serve immediately.
